Buying a home is a big decision, and I know how much is riding on it. When you hire me, you get my full attention. My job is to take my time, look carefully at the things you may not know to look for, and give you a clear, honest picture of the home’s visible condition on the day of the inspection.
I’ve inspected more than 3,500 properties since becoming a licensed Louisiana home inspector in 2018. I know the foundation movement, moisture, roofing, HVAC, storm, stucco, and construction issues that show up in homes around here.
You will not be handed off to another inspector. I will walk you through the major findings, explain what matters, and make sure the report gives you a useful next step.

Thermal imaging, moisture testing, and foundation elevation measurements add useful evidence when the conditions call for them.
I explain the decision, not just the defect
You should understand what was observed, why it matters, and who should evaluate or repair it next.
